Implementation
Our Exadata implementation services is a comprehensive multi-step process to make your Exadata ready for your use, This process includes a site audit followed by installation documentation, implementing the Exadata appliance and testing and validating all components. We also provide system expansion upgrade services, where we enhance the existing system by adding new capacity, both in-rack and across multiple racks.
Production Optimization
Once an Exadata appliance has been installed in production, OwnQuest provides services to ensure that it is running in peak condition. We analyse current performance and establish target benchmarks based on workloads that are running. We then map out steps required to achieve target benchmarks, while adhering to Oracle best practices.
Monitoring And Support
OwnQuest provides 24/7 monitoring and resolution for Exadata appliances, both on-site and remote. We help resolve your L1/L2 issues and work with Oracle to resolve L3 issues. We also provide proactive patch deployment support once per quarter to ensure peak performance and security.
